Day 2 – The 3 Step Syndication System (Process)

Click here and come over to the community & say hi to our fantastic members… We look forward to meeting you!

Welcome to day 2!

We already talked a little bit about the 3 Step Syndication System yesterday but I’d like to go into a little more detail to explain exactly how the system works and what is required of you. You came to TSA to get results and that is what we are here to show you.

Is it Easy to Do? Yes!

Is it Easy Not to Do? Yes!

Only YOU can get the results you desire based on whether or not you follow our simple 3 Step Syndication System.

Can you guess how many steps the 3 Step Syndication System consists of ? Yep, you’ve got it… 3 steps! Simple, easy to remember and easy to DO. The 3 steps are:

1. Connect

2. Comment

3. Share

That’s it! When you first get started with the 3 Step Syndication System all you need to do is:

Step 1 – Connect

Build relationships and make friends with the person you’re syndicating. Each week you’ll be rotated within the system and will have some new bloggers within your group. If you make it a HABIT to make friends with each person, connect with them on the social networks and send them a quick personal message then you’ll get so much more out of TSA!

Just do a little bit each day!

The minimum requirement is to do ONE of the following:

  • Click on the ‘like’ button on their fan page
  • Follow them on Twitter
  • Follow them on Youtube
  • Make friends with them on Facebook and send a Facebook message introduce yourself
  • Join their Google Connect community

People who just do the least in life only tend to do ONE of the above… BUT, we are not regular people are we? NO. We do MORE than is required of us and that’s why we succeed. So, to get the MOST out of this process, connect with the person on all the above places and any extras you’d like to.

Building genuine relationships is the most IMPORTANT part of the 3 step process. So many people mechanically add friends on the social networks and then NEVER talk to the person again. It’s VERY important that you build real relationships with members of TSA. Get to know then, speak to them on the phone and Skype and you’ll become great friends!

It’s amazing what happens when you reach out and connect with other members and build genuine relationships with them.

Step 2 – Comment

Write a well thought comment on ALL members of your weekly group’s blog post. So you’ll go to the persons blog, you’ll read through their post or watch their video, get an idea of what the person’s talking about and then write a blog comment in the comments section. Once again… you write a GOOD QUALITY comment and not just a “great post” type comment. (By writing a good quality comment it will allow the conversation to flow between you, the readers and the blog owner, plus it will further show you as an expert in your field) I’ll talk with you tomorrow and show you 10 powerful reasons to comment on blogs!

If you don’t resonate or understand what the person is talking about on their Blog, or it’s a Blog in a totally alien topic to you, make sure you pick someone else on the spreadsheet to comment and share their content instead.

Make sure you comment on 9 people’s content minimum each week + comment on the TSA Mastery Blog to help us reach more people to share this system with.

Step 3 – Share

There are 2 options to this step:

Either

  1. Re-Tweet on Twitter
  2. Share content on Facebook

In order to share correctly with the basic system you’ll need to have a Twitter account, a Facebook account and a Facebook Fan Page. In day 4′s training I’ll go into more detail about how and why you need these but for now, just know you need these 3 profiles as a minimum.

In order to correctly carry out the ‘share’ step of the system you MUST either re-tweet the persons blog post to your followers on Twitter or share their blog post either on your Facebook profile or on your Fan page.

There are many places which enable you to share content on Facebook so if you don’t want to share the content with your followers on Facebook, you can do so in one of these other groups (I’ll be covering this in more detail in Phase 2 training once you’ve been accepted into the 3 Step Syndication System).

When you go to your weekly group’s blog posts (if the person has set up their blog correctly) then all you’ll need to do is click on the Re-Tweet button and Facebook share button to complete this step.

I usually write a quick piece of text on Facebook and Twitter to explain why I like the post and why other people should check it out. This way I’m offering HUGE value to my followers and the bloggers content I’m sharing.

Each place you share content to and connect with a person on is worth 1 counter point. (If you’re successful in your application to TSA, we’ll be going into much more detail about this in the phase 2 training, but for now you don’t need to know about that part yet)

Note: Remember this formula and you will succeed at TSA Syndication.

How Long Will it Take Each Week?

To go through the whole process and correctly syndicate all members within your group should take between 2-3 hours max per week. Many of our members do over and above the minimum requirements and spend a lot longer connecting with each of the members and syndicating other people’s content within the TSA system also.

Remember, business is about relationships!

To get FULL benefit out of the system you should spend roughly 20-30 minutes per day 5-6 days per week to share and syndicate 2-3 people’s content in your group per day. (Be sure to syndicate this blog also http://www.tsamastery.com/blog and over 5 days you’ll have completed your minimum requirements.

If you don’t agree with people in your groups content then you don’t have to syndicate them, just find someone else within TSA who you admire and share their content. (We’ll be talking about that in the Phase 2 trainings also)

So my question to you is do you have 20-30 minutes per day to do the minimum requirements of the system? If not… then this may not be for you. But that’s ok… and we want to wish you our best at achieving your personal success! If yes, then fantastic! Read on…

How Do The Groups Work & Who Do I Syndicate?

Each color group has 10 people in it. Each group has a leader. Each week we have a #1 Top Commentator of the Week and a #1 Top Syndicator of the Week. So each week when you conduct your syndications you have to syndicate the following:

  • All 9 members within your group
  • Your group leader gets syndicated twice (That is their reward for being a group leader, so you choose 2 separate posts on their blog to share and comment on. You decide, but syndicate them twice)
  • The #1 Blog Commentator of the Week (Everyone in the System “MUST” Comment on one of their blog posts!)
  • The #1 Top Syndicator of the Week (Everyone in the System “MUST” Comment on one of their blog post! +  Stumble them and also Digg them for this person!)
  • The http://www.tsamastery.com/blog website (Everyone “MUST” Comment on this blog! Facebook it and Tweet it)

That is your minimum requirement to stay active within the system.

Of course we understand you may not be able to achieve this every week so we give you 3 chances. 3 strikes and you’re out. We’ll talk about the rules of the system again in phase 2 trainings. Just be aware of the basics for now…

See What Some of Our Members Are Saying About TSA…

As I’ve said before, digest as much of this content and training as possible and come back to it often to remind yourself how and why the system works. We’ll be back again tomorrow to discuss what TSA is and how and why it was formed…

Committed To Your Success,

& Kimberly Castleberry

P.S. As always, remember to post a comment below and share it on Facebook & Twitter so we can read your thoughts and questions. This is also part of your training to see if you have what it takes to become part of the 3 Step Syndication System.
