Click here and come over to the community & say hi to our fantastic members… We look forward to meeting you!
Over the past 12 months we’ve start to see 8 core values move to the front of everything we do in TSA. These values are the core and essence of TSA’s growth and existence.
Everything we do in TSA and everything our members do in TSA reflect these core values. As you are going through this training I’d like you to align yourself with these values, think about how you can integrate them into your life and business and embrace the TSA culture.
TSA’s 8 Core Values
- Learn
- Share
- Support
- Care
- Give
- Empower
- Grow
- Teach
Let’s take a closer look at each of these core values and what it means to us being part of TSA. I’ve placed them in this order because I feel this is the natural progression you go from by being part of TSA.
1. Learn
Learning is at the forefront of everything we do within TSA. It’s VERY hard to progress in life and business if you’re not learning any new skills. To grow a successful business it’s ESSENTIAL you learn from as many different people as you possibly can.
We’ve assembled experts from all areas you need to master on your path to success. From Personal Development, Sales and Marketing, Social Media, Time Management, Spirituality, Sales Funnels, Product Creation and much more.
In the 6 years I’ve been online, I’ve spent well over $50,000 on courses, info products, seminars, ebooks and books to further my knowledge.
You can definitely learn many new skills being on a budget but you MUST invest a portion of your profits or budget into BUYING paid products. The BEST information and strategies are contained within these paid products.
2. Share
Sharing within TSA means sharing other people’s content with your friends and followers and helping them leverage your followers. In return they will do the same for you.
The second part of sharing is sharing your knowledge. I STRONGLY believe everyone has something within them which can help another person. You have knowledge on certain topics and by learning you can grow that knowledge and share it with others.
This is similar to teaching, but you freely share this knowledge with people who are struggling or have pain. What you share with others, you also get back in return...
3. Support
When someone is in need of help, maybe they are struggling with a certain topic and don’t know the answer, or they are trying to set something up on their blog, but don’t know how to do it… if you know how to do it, it’s your job to STEP in and support that person.
There are so many BRAND new people who come into TSA on a daily basis… many of whom have limited experiences and knowledge. It’s important for YOU to reach out to that person to support them, help them grow and show them what to do.
By having a place people can come to which supports their efforts and provides them the answers they need, people feel at home and are able to grow much quicker because there are people who support them rather than people who criticize them.
The ‘real world’ is full of negativity. TSA is a place people can come to be uplifted, supported, encouraged and energized.
4. Care
We set TSA up like an extended family. You care for your family, and we care for our family. When you become part of TSA, you also become part of our family.
There are many responsibilities which come with being a family member. Caring is one of those responsibilities. We treat each person as a unique individual and are aware that each person needs to feel cared for before they feel part of the family.
Get to know the other members, learn about them, ask them how they are, how are their families, what are their goals and dreams, what are they struggling with? Don’t try to take from them, instead learn to give and care for them and you’ll develop friends for life!
5. Give
Learn to give without expecting anything back in return. Our top syndicators who share many people’s content each week do so because they LOVE to give to others.
There is a phrase ‘ You get what you give…‘ and it’s so true. If you want something back in return, you MUST first give that very thing you want… but don’t do it for the reason of wanting it back in return. Do it because you love to give.
If you want more comments on your blog, then comment on more people’s blogs. If you want more friends, then make more friends. If you want people to be interested in you, then be interested in other people. If you want more love in your life… then be loving to more people.
Don’t just sit and complain “I’m not getting anything!” Take action and GIVE first… and keep giving until you receive, but don’t do it for the sole purpose of receiving.
Enjoy the giving process…
6. Empower
At TSA we are VERY focused on empowering other people. We teach our members new skills and ask our members to go and teach those skills to others. If each person could just reach ONE person, and teach them how to do a certain skill… the world would be a much BETTER place.
It’s your job to empower other people. Teach people how to fish rather than doing it for them.
‘If you give a man a fish, he’ll feed for a day… but teach a man to fish and he’ll feed for a lifetime’
Teach people the skills you already have. If someone has a problem or challenge, don’t just solve it for them…. teach them how to solve the problems.
This ties in to everyday life also! If a family member has a problem, ask them questions until they find the answer themselves. They’ll appreciate you much more if you can do this rather than telling them what to do.
Empowering people is very powerful and a very important aspect of TSA.
7. Grow
Growth also plays a HUGE role within the TSA culture. We want our members to come to TSA and be much better people because of it.
Yes, getting more traffic and comments on your blog is great, but that’s NOT what makes TSA so special! What makes TSA special is the amazing amount of growth people experience by meeting new people, building life long friendships, masterminding, learning new skills, teaching others and being part of a team!
We help our members grow in all areas of life by connecting them with individuals who can help! Personal Development, Health & Wellness, Business, Spirituality, Family and Financially.
By helping others and leading your life in accordance to these values you can also grow to new heights!
8. Teach
Many people come into TSA not having a lot of skills or knowledge. Those very same people learn, share, support, care, give, empower and ultimately grow into a teacher.
The teacher then teaches other people the entire process and because they’ve been there themselves, they understand the journey the new person is on.
So, learn as much as you can from as many different sources as possible, meet lots of new people, create great relationships and teach those people the skills you have learned.
Once you teach something of value to someone, they WILL become a lifelong fan and follower of you. Especially if you help solve their pains and problems.
We also look for teachers among our community. If you have a strong knowledge in a certain topic which our members will find helpful, then we’ll notice you and will contact you to teach our members or help you create a product to showcase your knowledge and one you can make money from.
Begin to integrate these core values into your life and watch how your life changes for the better…
