Welcome to today’s training! Fantastic to see you here… In order to get the most out of these trainings, please ensure you read through all the text, watch the video trainings and then comment at the bottom of the post.
Today I’d like to talk to you about what a Tribe is, what syndication is and why it works so well. I’ll also introduce you toother members of the TSA so you can hear their stories.
This may be a lot of content to digest initially, but hang in there, it’s super IMPORTANT for you to understand how all this works if you’re going to be successful with Tribe Syndication and the 3 Step Syndication System.
Let’s dive straight in.
What is a Tribe?
The way I like to describe a tribe is a social group of people all connected to one another through a common goal or passion.
TSA is a tribe of people all with the common goal of learning how to build their businesses online, getting more traffic to their blog or sites, gaining more comments and monetizing their blog or sites. We are all connected through a common goal.
Your ultimate goal is to find a group of people who have a problem, pain or challenge and they desperately need a solution to that problem. You then provide that solution through your own skills, knowledge and passion and help solve their problems. People then pay you to help solve their problems.
You become a ‘Tribe Leader’ and because you have the answer to their problems, the people/members of that tribe will follow you, listen to what you have to say and buy your products.
You then need to create a platform for those people to get to know each other, meet each other and talk about their problems etc. As long as your leadership is strong enough, you’ll see that tribe grow stronger everyday. Facebook has created that platform for you to create mini groups for your raving fans, customers and prospects to all connect with each other.
All you’ve got to do is to find that cause and teach those people what they want to learn.
Tribes are the way of the future, and a MUST read book is Seth Godin’s book called Tribes. Buy it, read it, learn it and prepare to get excited!
This is what we do here at TSA. We teach you how to form and lead a tribe of people to follow your passion.
There are tribes everywhere. Any topic you can think about is based around a product or service, and the raving fans of that product.
A great example of that is Apple. As soon as a new Apple product comes out, there are millions of raving fans who buy the new products instantly. A new iPhone, iPad or Mac. People love it, but better yet, they want it.
There are both small tribes of people and large tribes of people. Tribes exist in every industry!
We’ve taken the Tribe concept a little further and work together using something called Tribe Syndication.
What is Tribe Syndication?
Content syndication for us as home based business owners is having the ability to create a piece of content such as an article, video or blog post, publish that content on the web and then send that content out to lots of different places where it gets seen by new audiences and prospects.
We can achieve this by two different methods.
- Using Technology (Which I’ll talk more about in phase 2 and 3 trainings, but a little bit here also)
- Working with a Tribe
Ideally you want to use a combination of both of the above and TSA’s 3 Step Syndication System uses both…
Technology is great because you can submit your content to one place and have it automatically go out to multiple places. This also helps with you Search Engine Rankings. The more links that point back to your sites, the higher the rankings, the more traffic you receive to your website and the more money you make 
– You have to know how to do it the right way first…

Working with a Tribe
Let’s say for example there’s just you promoting your content. No one else is helping you get your message and content out. Obviously you can only reach so many people right? As an example let’s say you have a total reach of 5000 people with a combination of Facebook friends, Twitter followers, blog readers, and Youtube followers etc. That number could be more, or could be less depending on how active you are in building your friends and followers.
Let’s take that up another level. You decide to leverage your efforts and work with 5 other people ideally in your industry who may have competing products to you or may compliment what you offer. Their audiences are fairly similar. Let’s say that their reach is also 5000 people.
So, 5000 followers x 6 people (including you) in your tribe = 30,000 people you have the potential to reach and get your message in front of.
Now, unfortunately those 30,000 people aren’t all going to come to your website. There are millions of new blog posts every day online, so you must give a lot of value (which we’ll talk about later), be unique and deliver exactly what your target market wants.
A percentage of those people will come visit and a percentage of those people will also share and comment on your content also which then exposes your message to even more people.
So potentially just working with one tribe of 6 people you are able to reach 50,000 + people (that’s 6 x 5000 + a % of their friends etc) each time you put out a “GREAT”piece of content which provides a solution to your followers pains and problems.
Now working with the 3 Step Syndication System within TSA, we ramp that up with you working within a group of 10 people in total on a weekly basis.
Check out the screenshot below. Within the system a couple of weeks ago the total number of friends and followers across all our members were 998,332! The total amount of places our members content was shared was 14,678 and the total amount of blog comments left by our members on other members blogs was 844! This was by no means the BIGGEST week!
Some of the people in your syndication group will be in your niche and will have a similar following to you, and some will be totally different which means you’ll be able to expose your message to brand new groups of people who may be interested in what you have to offer. (We’ll talk about syndication groups tomorrow when I introduce you to the 3 Step Syndication System).
This is exponential growth! The more people you get your message out to, the more people see your message, and their friends see it, and their friends… If you put out some amazing content, you’ll be amazed at how many people you’re able to expose to it.
By working with your tribe, it’s possible to reach a staggering amount of people in a very short period of time. This is when your message can go viral! (If your message is good enough of course)
Of course it ALL depends on the quality of information you have to offer, your target market and how you connect with your market. Again, this will ALL be covered in our more advanced trainings later.
So there you go… pretty exciting isn’t it? By working with a Tribe of people all with a common goal of gaining more exposure, more comments and more traffic to their website, your message will be seen by thousands more people.
