Well, it’s taken months of planning, many phone calls talking to members, and lots of discussions…
But, finally we’ve done it!
The TSA syndication system has worked very well for our members over the last 12 months and we’ve received tons of positive feedback through the process… but we knew we were still missing something.
Many new members didn’t know what a Tribe was, they didn’t know why they were doing their syndicating, people weren’t commenting on blogs like they should be, they weren’t connecting with each other and weren’t sharing each others content…

We knew we had to install this culture into our new members as they come in through the front door of the system to make it easier for people to get started, easier to understand and easier to connect with other members.
We’ve simplified things… the whole TSA system is about to change!
Welcome to the 3 Step Syndication System…
Everything is laid out up front… members will know exactly what’s required of them so we ONLY attract high calibre members into the system which will result in MORE comments, MORE relationships, MORE traffic and MORE exposure…
The 3 Step Syndication System will be replacing the old system… and existing and new members will have to go through a 7 day pre-preparation training bootcamp which will educate you on exactly how the new system works and why it works.
ALL our members will be ‘reading off the same page’ so there are NO misunderstandings about what is required.
At the end of the 7 days training, there is an application form which you’ll need to complete and fill out. This will enable us to make sure you are a right fit for the TSA 3 Step Syndication System.
So many people have signed up in the past because it was just so easy to do… there was NO commitment from them. They entered their details in the spreadsheet, members syndicated their content and they did nothing… which is/was unfair for active and dedicated members!
The 3 Step Syndication System will ENSURE we ONLY have the most serious business builders within the system. Yes, we’ll have less people but those people WILL be serious.

I only discovered TSA a couple of weeks ago but have been very impressed with the welcome that I have received and also the contacts that I have made.
The principle of tribes is new to me so I learnt a great deal from the webinar which was very clear and well presented. I think that the new system can only make it better. Lots of people all helping each other sounds like a good idea.

We’re just going to give people a swift shove up the next rank of the ladder and they’re going to have to decide if they want to take the step… as well as a strong incentive to stay active and not “slack off”. This should create more focused consistent results for those doing the work! I think there will be some that will chose not to “step up” and that certainly is their choice but I don’t think it will be very high. I think where we will see the most impact is as the new members come in … they’re going to be able to get up to speed faster, stay on the ladder longer, and move up the tiers more consistently because they’ll have the right focus, mindset and dis/incentives to not remember whats required! It will have some re-adjustment time but within a few weeks the results shift should be tangible in your numbers!

This is really a one-two approach to getting the new members active … with an increased focus on requirement expectations, increased focus on training, and some dis/incentives for falling off the sheet. Hi Mandy, you aren’t sounding thick, I should have mentioned it. At present if you just express your interest in on the Facebook event and keep the link ready until the day. Then 15-30 mins before the webinar on Saturday if you go to the webinar link and enter as a guest.
At present you don’t register in advance for this system. You just login just before the time and date of the webinar.
