Day 2 – Danger Groups

The danger groups are at the bottom end of the 3 Step Syndication scale. We don’t want to lose anyone from our system and give you plenty of opportunity to stay in. If you drop down into the lower groups, you can easily work you way back up again.

As you’ll see shortly, we have a 3 strikes and you’re out policy, which helps to make it a fair system for everyone. Be sure to watch the video below which will explain how it all works.

The Danger “BLACK” Groups

The Danger “BLACK” Groups where created to make life fair for the rest of the 3 Step Syndication System members. When our members signed up for this system, they committed to supporting others and in return, other members have committed to supporting them. Not doing your syndication during a certain week, has no benefit to our other members and in turn, these members should not be rewarded for not pulling their own weight. “Do the thing and you will have the power. But they that do not the thing, had not the power.” –  Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Requirements to Stay Out of The Danger “BLACK” Groups - In order to stay out of the Black Groups, it is very simple. The First thing you “MUST” do is at least 20 syndication counters for the colored group of 5 or more people you were assigned to for the week. That is pretty easy if you just connect with them, share a link on Twitter or etc… Then the Second thing you “MUST” do is to make a comment on one of the TSA Mastery blog posts. This is very beneficial to do since you’ll want to keep informed of what is going on within TSA and you will also find some great insight on that site.

***Side Note (Leave of Absence): We understand that life happens and that there will be times to where you are not able to do the minimums for the week. That being the case, we have procedures in place that let you take a leave of absence without any penalty of falling in the Black Groups. The first procedure is to mark yourself out on the sheet “Prior” to the week you are unable to syndicate. That process was indicated in yesterday’s training under in the week prior. Failure to do this, along with not meeting the minimum for the week will result in you falling into the Black Group (unless you use the second procedure). This is only fair to the other members within your group since they promised to syndicate you and you are not returning the favor. The second procedure to keep out of the Black group due to a leave of absence where you didn’t mark yourself out during the week prior is to do your 20 syndication counters and comment on the TSA Mastery blog during your week of absence. You will drop to the Standard group though for the next week. If, for some reason, you can’t do this, submit a support ticket with a “valid reason” for your issue and we’ll see if there is anything we can do on our side.

TSA Black Yellow Red Groups

11. Black/Yellow Group – The Black/Yellow Group is for those members who did less than the MINIMUM (20 counters and/or did not comment on the TSA Mastery blog) or did “NO SYNDICATIONS” for that last week. To become active again once after you have fallen into this group, you  “MUST” do at least the minimum levels (as defined above) before being placed back into the STANDARD group. Once placed back into the Standard group, your qualified weeks will be indicated by a “RED ZERO” (0). This means that you are returning from the Black group and if by chance you “Do Not” do any syndications once again, you will be moved to BLACK/RED group (-2) in the upcoming week. Once in the BLACK/RED group, you will be moved to the Black/Yellow group if you do the minimum (as defined above) and the process will repeat until you become stable. It’s all about consistency and that is what is required to stay active and to get the exposure you said that you wanted. (Note: Your qualified weeks will drop to a minus 1 (-1) if you fall in the Black/Yellow group. Minus two (-2) if you fall in the Black/Red and then the following week, if you do not do the minimum, your qualified weeks drops to minus 3 (-3) meaning on the third week, you are out and in the Lost Tribe.

Special Elite Member Advantage – If you were an “ELITE” member prior to not meeting the minimum and you want to get back into the Elite group again, you must do the minimum requirements for achieving that Elite level (50 syndication counters, 7 blog comments including comment on TSA Mastery Blog) while in the Black group and once more while in the Standard group. Meaning: If you were qualified with a “YES” in the Elite group and happened to fall in the Black/Yellow group for whatever reason, your “Yes” qualification will drop to a number 3. Once you have performed the Elite minimum in the Black/Yellow group, you will be moved to the Standard group with a “RED” 3 indicating that you were in the Black group. If you again do the minimum requirement for the Elite group, then the following week, you return to the Elite group. If by chance you do nothing again you will be placed in the Black/Red group (-2) or stay in the Standard group where your qualified weeks will be ZEROED out if you did less than 50 counters and only the TSA blog comment. If this is the case, you will have to start all over again to achieve your Elite Status.

12. Black/Red Group – The Black/Red Group is for those members who did “NOTHING AGAIN” in the Black/Yellow group for last week. This is a Dangerous position to be in. To become active again, they “MUST” do at least one of the minimum levels (standard or elite) or it’s off to the “Lost Tribe!”

If you see the true value in this system and don’t want to fall into the Lost Tribe, then the minimum requirements at this point is required. Once in Black/Red group and you do the minimum, you will be moved to the Black/Yellow group next with a “RED MINUS ONE” (-1) which indicates that you were in the Black/Red group prior to the Black/Yellow group. *Note: Please refer to the Black/Yellow explanation #11 above for further details on how to reengage with the rest of the tribe.

13. The Lost Tribe – The Lost Tribe is where our former members of the 3 Step Syndication System go when they have not followed through on the commitment they made when they first signed up to build More EXPOSURE, More REALATIONSHIPS and achieve Much More SUCCESS! This means for whatever reasons, they didn’t mark themselves out for a leave of absence and did absolutely nothing for three (3) consecutive weeks.

If you fall into the “Lost Tribe” and truly want to re-engage because you are not seeing the results again like before signing up for the 3 Step Syndication System, we would be happy to have you join us again. No hard feelings as we know sometimes life happens.

Here is How You Can Re-engage & Start Seeing Results Again

  1. Go to http://tsamastery.com and go through the upfront training.
  2. Once that is completed, you will be required to fill out the application again along with paying a $19.95 application fee.
  3. After we review your application, we will get back to you with our decision.

We hope this document has helped you in understanding the Danger Groups of the 3 Step Syndication System for More EXPOSURE, More RELATIONSHIPS and Much More SUCCESS!
