NOW, Let’s get to the meat and potatoes of The 3 Step Syndication System!
1. Main TSA Sites and the Founders
In this area you will find all the links you’ll need to stay connected and up to date with TSA news. Also, you will want to connect with the TSA Founders and their links can be found in this section as well. Note: In order to stay within the 3 Step Syndication System, you MUST comment on the TSA Mastery Blog at least Once throughout the weekly rotation period.

These headers are always at the top so that you know who, what and where you are syndicating. Notice that if you “hover” over the related cell in the description area, it will give you a pop-up with more clarification of that related column.
3. #1 Blog Commentator of the Week
This TSA Family Member had more Blog comments last week compared to everyone else within the system. Their “REWARD” for achieving this position is that “EVERYONE” in the system is “REQUIRED” to Comment on at least one of their Blog post during this week’s rotation!
This TSA Family Member had more syndication counters last week compared to everyone else within the system. Their “REWARD” for achieving this position is that “EVERYONE” in the system is “REQUIRED” to Comment on their Blog post while also Stumbleuponing it and also Digging it at least once during this week’s rotation!
These colored groups that are broken down into 5 – 6 members that have met the Minimum weekly requirements of at least 50 Syndication Counters and 7 Blog Posts over Four (4) Consecutive Weeks.
In this area you will find all the links you need to syndicate other members while using our 3 Step Syndication System. (Tip: Make sure that you don’t have that cell highlighted that you want to click, then hover over the link and when you see your cursor change to a plus sign, click away and that site will open in a new window.)
Group Leaders have proven that they have what it takes in syndicating your content. Even though they just fell short of hitting the #1 TSA positions, they have shown their commitment to the system and deserve extra attention this week. Your job this week is to give them your respect and to syndicate them in some other form or fashion in this week (once on their given day and then again on another day of the week). (Meaning: If you are in their colored group this week, you are “REQUIRED” to syndicate some of their material on their given day and then maybe tweet, stumble them, digg them, facebook them or something else on another day of your choosing.)
These are the colored groups that are usually broken down by 5 – 6 members that didn’t met the requirements of at least 50 Counters and 7 Blog Posts for Four (4) Consecutive Weeks to achieve the TSA Elite status.
9. Colored Section Groups
These are the colored groups that are broken down in to 5-6 members that have met the Minimum weekly requirements of at least 20-50 or More Counters and 1 (TSA blog) or 7 Blog Posts (Elite Groups) for Four (4) Consecutive Weeks.
A.) This is the day everyone in your colored group for the week should be syndicating your content. Meaning, if your day is a Wednesday, everyone in your group “SHOULD” be promoting you on that day.
B.) This is the first name of the person in your group you are syndicating.
C.) This is the last name of the person in your group you are syndicating.
D.) Weekly syndication counters – This area is for you to keep track of all your counters throughout the week. Example: if you did 15 blog comments for the week (15 blog comments x 5 counter points = 75) + 15 Facebook shares, 15 Tweets and 1 Comment on the TSA Mastery blog. (15 points for FB + 15 points for Tweets + 10 points for your comment on TSA Mastery blog = 40) 75 + 40 = 115 Weekly Counters
E.) This section is the number of “GREAT” blog comments you made this week.
F.) We understand that life happens, but it is up to you to be responsible to the rest of your group for the current and upcoming week. If you can’t syndicate, mark yourself out with example: “10/24/11 – 10/31/11″ (USA Format Please) Also when taking a leave of absence, please make sure that you mark yourself out prior to the week you are leaving. Not doing so will result in you loosing your qualifications and being placed in the “Black Groups.” On the date you said you would return, you will be added back in the the system and it is up to you to meet those weekly requirements. If you need additional time off, you can go to the “Members On Leave” tab and update this date yourself.
G.) In this section, add up “ALL” of your friends and followers in the associated sites listed above on the cell that says hover.
H.) This section is the syndication counters you did last week.
I.) This section is the number of “GREAT” blog comments you made last week.
J.) Qualified Weeks – This sections shows whether you are qualified for the #1 positions and Elite Groups. You must qualify four (4) consecutive weeks to achieve the REWARDS. Once you have done so, a “YES” will be indicated in this cell. To make things easier on you after you have made it through the qualification process, we have decided to make it back to that Elite level. Once again if life happens and we know it does, if you miss the Elite standards, you will be moved from a “YES” to a 3 and so on. So if you don’t hit that level for two weeks in a row, it will only take you two (2) weeks to become qualified once again. *This will also work very similar if by chance you fall in the “Black Groups.”
10. Adding Yourself to The 3 Step Syndication System
In this section at the very bottom of the 3 Step Syndication System, you will notice the blank areas to where you can get involved and started by the next new rotation period. We rotate the system on Wednesdays, so if you have your payment and links in prior to that day of the week, you will be added to your colored groups and it’s nothing but EXPOSURE from there.
13. Email Used for Paypal Payment
Once you have submitted your one time payment of $19.95, we need you to enter in the email that you used here so that we can verify your membership. Please make sure that this email address is the correct or there will be a delay in processing time.
14. Enter Your “Real” First and Last Name
In the First name and Last name cells, enter your real first and last name here. This community is about building relationships and people want to know, like and trust you! We understand that branding is key, but your brand will build over time if you stick with the system we have in place.
NOTE: The “ZERO” cells are there for you to get started right away. Start connecting, commenting and sharing with the members above now and build those numbers.
15. Enter Your Links
This area of the spreadsheet is for you to promote your links. In the first cell you will enter your (WordPress) blog, the second cell you can add whatever site you want to promote and in this cell you can change it as your needs change. The other cells will be things like your Google+ profile, Facebook profile, Facebook Like page, Twitter profile link, Youtube channel, Linkedin profile, Skype ID and etc… This is where the rubber meets the road and the more you connect with people through their links, the more successful and EXPOSURE will come to you.
NOTE: Double check all your links and make sure that they are working properly. During this time before going in the weekly rotation, you can change these links, but once you get added to the groups, your links will be locked out and you’ll have to go through a different procedure to have them changed. If you need to change these links in the future, please refer to this link. FixMyLink which is also on the TSA blog.
10. Black/Yellow Group (Tomorrow’s Training)
11. Black/Red Group (Tomorrow’s Training) Plus we will also talk about the Lost Tribe
Anyway, no worries. We will talk more about those dreaded Black Groups and the Lost Tribe in the next training session.
